Before every launch, build 3 content formats made specifically for that client and designed to hit their attribution metrics. Lock them into the brief.

Monitor & adjust live
Watch how every format performs against the client's real metrics — not just views. When something underperforms, you flag it and ship a tested replacement fast.

Test new formats constantly
Tear down the top competitors in each niche, reverse-engineer what's working right now, and test fresh formats for active clients every single week.

Write the campaign guidelines
Build a living set of guidelines for every campaign — approved formats, do's and don'ts, hooks, references — and keep it updated every time you test something new.

Brief clients & recap wins
Send a strategy brief to every client before onboarding, and build a clean Figma recap when a campaign liquidates — what we launched, what won, the numbers hit.

Work with the CPE team
